Hero MotoCorp Sales: Hero MotoCorp is not only the largest two-wheeler company in India but is also the largest scooter and motorcycle manufacturing company in the world. It has sold a total of 56,21,455 two-wheelers in the financial year 2023-24. This includes both domestic sales and exports. The company’s sales have registered an increase of 10% in the fourth quarter of FY 24. Also, Hero MotoCorp’s global business has also seen a growth of 16% in the entire financial year.
In March 2023 alone, the company has sold 490,415 motorcycles and scooters. Hero MotoCorp’s electric scooter sales have also increased. The company has sold more than 4,000 VIDA V1 electric scooters in the month of March, which is the highest monthly sales of its electric scooters so far. Taking forward its electric brand Vida, Hero MotoCorp has expanded it to more than 100 cities in the country.
In the last financial year, Hero MotoCorp launched several bikes in the premium motorcycle segment, which included Xtreme 125R, Xtreme 200S, Xtreme 160R 4V, Harley-Davidson X440, Karizma XMR and Mavrick 440. Apart from this, the company also strengthened its network. 75 Premia outlets were opened and more than 400 Hero 2.0 stores were launched.
Hero also showcased many spectacular vehicles at the EICMA Motor Show in Milan and its own event Hero World. The company showcased convertible vehicle – Surge S32, path breaking EV concepts – Lynx and Acro, flex-fuel options of its popular motorcycles and the upcoming range of scooters – Xoom (125 & 160), new VIDA V1 and V1 Coupe.
