Upcoming Mercedes-Benz Cars In 2024: German automaker Mercedes-Benz may launch GLS facelift, GLA facelift and GLB facelift in the Indian market during the first quarter of 2024. The GLA and GLB facelift may retain the existing 1.3L turbo petrol and 2.0L diesel engines, while the GLS facelift may get 3.0L turbo petrol and 3.0L turbo diesel engine options. Apart from these, the company can also launch the new GLC Coupe in the country in early 2024. It will come with the latest connectivity and tech features. 2.0L turbo petrol and 2.0L turbo diesel engine options can be found in it.
Mercedes-Benz may also launch the new generation E-Class sedan in the Indian market before the end of this year. Like the previous version, the new E-Class can be offered only in long-wheelbase version. Its global-spec model gets 3 screens, which include a 12.3-inch digital driver display, a 14.4-inch touchscreen infotainment display and a 12.3-inch touchscreen for the co-passenger. It is expected to be offered with two engine options, which could be 2.0L turbo petrol (48V mild-hybrid assist) and 2.0L turbo diesel.
The company may also launch EQG electric SUV in the country by the end of 2024. It comes with boxy styling similar to the G-Class SUV. It will be based on ladder-frame chassis. Not only this, Mercedes-Benz can also launch CLE two-door, two-plus-two seater in the Indian market by the end of 2024. In the global market, Mercedes CLE is available in both coupe and cabriolet layouts.
The German automaker may also launch the new Mercedes-AMG GT in the country by mid-2024. It may be based on the new SL. This two-door sports coupe is expected to get a 4.0L V8 twin-turbo engine.
