Tata Punch EV Launch: Tata Motors has launched the country’s smallest EV SUV on Wednesday. The company has claimed that this is the safest electric car in the country. The company has fixed the starting price of Tata Punch EV at Rs 10.99 lakh. Whereas, the price of the top variant is Rs 14.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has started the test drive of Tata Panj EV from today. At the same time, the delivery of this car will start from 22 January 2024. The company has said that this SUV has started reaching the dealers. The company is claiming a range (MIDC) of 421 kilometers for the Punch EV Long Range variant.

Booking of Tata Punch EV had already started. To buy the electric version of Tata Punch, customers can book it by visiting the official website of Tata Motors or visiting an authorized dealer. You can book this car by paying a token amount of Rs 21,000.
What are the prices?
The price of smart variant of Punch EV is Rs 10.99 lakh. The price of Smart Plus variant is Rs 11.49 lakh. The price of Adventure variant is Rs 11.99 lakh. The Empowered variant is priced at Rs 12.79 lakh and the Empowered Plus variant is priced at Rs 13.29 lakh. Whereas, in Punch EV Long Range, the price of Adventure variant is Rs 12.99 lakh, the price of Empowered variant is Rs 13.99 lakh and the price of Empowered Plus variant is Rs 14.49 lakh.
8 years warranty
The battery pack and motor of Tata Panj EV have received IP67 rating for protection against dust and water. Tata Motors is giving a warranty of 8 years or 1,60,000 kilometers on it. Tata Punch EV is offering 2 e-drive option. First 120 bhp, 190 Nm torque version and second 80 bhp, 114 Nm torque version. The 120 bhp version is available in long range variant only.
What is the range?
The standard Punch EV is coming with a 25 KWH battery pack. The company is claiming a range (MIDC) of 315 kilometers for it. At the same time, Punch EV Long Range variant is coming with 35 KWH battery pack. The company is claiming a range (MIDC) of 421 kilometers for it.

The smart variant of Tata Punch EV has LED headlamps, smart digital DRL, multi-mode regen electronic stability program (ESP) and 6 airbags. Apart from smart, the Adventure variant of this SUV has features like front fog lamp with cornering, Harman’s 17.78 cm infotainment system, EPB with autohold (long range only), jeweled control knob (long range only) and sunroof. The Empowered variant comes with 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, air purifier with AQI display, auto fold ORVM, 17.78 cm digital display, SOS function, 26.03 cm infotainment system and dual tone body. At the same time, the Empowered Plus variant has features like leather seats, 360-degree camera, Arcade.ev app suite, wireless phone charger, 26.03 cm digital cockpit, blind spot monitor and ventilated front seats.
