According to a report published in 91Mobiles Hindi citing industry sources, Nothing Phone 3 may have Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC processor. It has been claimed in the report that the price of the phone is expected to be between Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000.
The UK OEM company is not planning to enter the premium handset segment right now. The company plans to create a strong customer base in the price range of Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000. According to the report, this is why Nothing is unlikely to use a more high-end chipset, as it would increase the cost.
What is the mascot this time?
Nothing brand had launched its last two flagship handsets Nothing Phone 2 and Phone 1 with a special mascot. The company had launched Phone 1 with a parrot and Phone 3 with an octopus. Now recently Nothing has teased the new upcoming product by revealing its mascot. It is expected that this product could be Nothing Ear 3.
Nothing Phone 3 is being considered as an upgrade of Phone 2. In the current Phone 2, the company has provided Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 4,700mAh battery with 45W wired charging support. Talking about its display, the user will get a 6.7 inch full-HD + LTPO OLED display. For photo-video lovers, a 50-megapixel dual rear camera unit has been provided. Whereas for selfie lovers, a 32-megapixel selfie shooter has been provided.

At the time of launch, Nothing had launched Phone 2 with three variants. Talking about 8GB + 128GB variant, the company launched it for Rs 44,999. The company launched the 12GB + 256GB variant for Rs 49,999. Its last and top variant which has 12GB RAM + 512GB storage was listed at Rs 54,999. Nothing had introduced Phone 2 with different color options.
One color was dark gray and the other was white. Nothing is also known for its special design. The company had launched the smartphone with transparent back in the market for the first time. Lights were given in it to give it a special look. It is expected that the company can launch Phone 3 by continuing its same design.
