Amrit Bharat Train Features: According to media reports, PM Modi can flag off two new Amrit Bharat trains along with six new Vande Bharat Express trains on December 30. According to sources, the second Amrit Bharat train is likely to be run in South India.

Amrit Bharat Train Route: Indian Railways is continuously working on the convenience of passengers. After connecting all the cities of the country with semi high speed train, now preparations are on to run Amrit Bharat train. In this sequence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi can flag off the country’s first Amrit Bharat train on December 30. In the report published in Times of India, quoting sources, it was claimed that the first ‘Amrit Bharat Train’ in Mithilanchal will be started between Ayodhya and Darbhanga.

Expected to flag off two new Amrit Bharat trains

Ayodhya is considered to be the birthplace of Lord Ram, while Mithilanchal is said to be the birthplace of Goddess Sita. According to media reports, PM Modi can flag off six new Vande Bharat Express trains along with two new Amrit Bharat trains on December 30. According to TOI sources, the second Amrit Bharat train is likely to be run in South India. Let us know what could be the features in the new Amrit Bharat train run by the Railways?

The train is expected to have 22 non-AC coaches.

This new running train is expected to be in orange and gray colors. The train has been designed with a locomotive at both ends. This enables ‘push-pull’ operation for faster speeds. This reduces the travel time. Apart from this, this train is expected to be non-AC and it will have 22 coaches. Of these, there will be 12 second class, 3 sleeper coaches, 8 general coach coaches and two guard coaches. In the guard’s coach, one will have space for women and the other for disabled passengers.

Maximum speed of 130 km per hour

Amrit Bharat train is expected to have jerk free semi permanent couplers. Along with this, the maximum speed of this train will be 130 km per hour. The train will have a light weight foldable snack table for passengers. There will also be a mobile charger and foldable bottle holder along with the seat. It is also expected that the train will be pleasing to the eyes from inside, its interior will be different from most. It is also being claimed that the padded luggage racks in the new train will be better than before.

According to media reports, zero discharge FRP modular toilet has been installed in Amrit Bharat train. Railways has installed radium illumination flooring strips in trains for the convenience of passengers.
