Strong wind and light rain possible for two days

Due to this, activities like snowfall, heavy rains may occur in the Himalayan regions.
At the same time, the dust storm that came on Friday night engulfed most parts of Delhi. People stopped their vehicles and stood on the roadside, while there were reports of trees falling at some places including Connaught Place. Traffic was affected due to falling of trees in Burari area also. Electricity was also cut at many places.
Work will stop at polluting sites
Let us tell you that work will be stopped at construction and demolition sites that generate dust. The Central Air Quality Management Commission has issued guidelines in this regard for all NCRs. Large scale construction work is going on in the area.
In view of the prevention of pollution here, the Commission has already given instructions to register construction-demolition sites larger than five thousand square meters on the web portal. Dust control measures have also been called for. Despite this, many construction sites have neither been registered nor are dust control measures being implemented.
