What is PVC card?
‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ is a new service launched by UIDAI that facilitates Aadhaar holders to get their Aadhaar details printed on PVC card by paying a nominal fee. Residents who do not have a registered mobile number can also order using a non-registered/alternative mobile number.
Rs 50 will be charged
For UIDAI Aadhaar PVC card, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50.
Online Application Process for PVC Aadhar Card
- Go to UIDAI website (https://uidai.gov.in/).
- Click on ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ in the ‘My Aadhaar’ section.
- Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number or 16 digit Virtual ID or 28 digit EID.
- Enter the security code or captcha.
- Click on ‘Send OTP’.
- An OTP will come on your registered mobile number.
- Enter OTP and click on ‘Submit’ button.
- A preview copy of the PVC card will appear.
- Verify the information and ‘Place Order’.
- Pay ₹50.
- Your application will be submitted and sent to your home.
