IMD Weather Update: The Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of rain in the capital Delhi on Sunday (October 15). Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in Lakshadweep, Andaman Nicobar and Karnataka.
Weather Update Today: Even after almost half the month of October has passed, people across the country are not getting respite from the heat. In other states including the country’s capital Delhi, people are running ACs, fans and coolers like in the summer months. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Lakshadweep, Andaman Nicobar, Karnataka today i.e. Saturday (14 October).
If we talk about the weather of the capital Delhi, there has been a slight change in the weather here. Due to the drop in minimum temperature, a slight cold is felt in the morning, although people again have to face the sun during the day. The maximum temperature in Delhi on Saturday is expected to be 36 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 17 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Delhi on Sunday (October 15). The weather is currently dry in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. The maximum temperature in Lucknow today is expected to be 35 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 22 degrees.
Clouds will rain heavily in Punjab and Himachal
Apart from this, if we talk about NCR, the minimum temperature in Noida is expected to be 26 degrees and maximum temperature will be 38 degrees, in Ghaziabad the minimum temperature will be 24 degrees and the maximum temperature will be 37 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, a new western disturbance is going to be active in Punjab, due to which there is a possibility of light to moderate rain at some places in Punjab for two days on 14 and 15 October. There will be a drop in temperature after the rain. In Himachal Pradesh too, there is a possibility of rain and snowfall for five days from October 14 to 18. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in seven districts on October 16. Change in weather has also been seen in Uttarakhand. According to IMD, the state will be partly cloudy today i.e. Saturday (October 14), while the sky is expected to remain clear in many districts.
