TCS Sacks Employees: The country’s largest IT company Tata Consultancy Services has taken major action in the recruitment scam by taking bribe. TCS has shown the way out of the job to 6 employees. Apart from this, six business associate firms have been banned. TCS Chairman N Chandrasekaran has given this information.

Answering the questions of the shareholders during the Annual General Meeting (AGM), for the first time the company has given clarification on this matter. For the last one week, many kinds of speculations were being made regarding this matter. Talking to the shareholders, N Chandrasekaran said that we found six employees whose conduct was against ethics. He said that we cannot tell what benefit he got, but he definitely behaved in such a way that he was working for some companies. N Chandrasekaran said that all those six employees and six such business associate firms have been banned. Investigation is on against three more employees.

N Chandrasekaran said that the company will review the weaknesses and shortcomings of the entire Business Associate Supply Management process. And it will ensure that such incidents are not repeated again. He said that first of all it is expected from any employee that the conduct of every employee should be ethical and there should be integrity in behaviour. It comes before any financial performance. In such a situation, if there is a violation of ethical conduct by any employee, it hurts me and all the seniors and we take it very seriously and will take very strict action.

N Chandrasekaran told that two whistleblowers had given information about this disturbance in February-March. He told that complaints were received regarding favoritism and benefits have been achieved in the recruitment of business associates.
