The country’s largest bank SBI has recently increased the interest rates on FD. Earlier in November, FD interest rates were increased by PNB and in October by the largest private sector bank HDFC Bank. Today in this article we are going to tell you about the FD interest rates of all three banks, so that you can easily find out which bank is giving you the highest interest.

FD interest rates in SBI

SBI has recently increased the interest rate on FDs ranging from 7 days to 45 days to 3.5 percent. Earlier it was 3 percent. Now the interest rate on FDs of 46 days to 179 days has increased from 4.5 percent to 4.75 percent. Interest on FDs of 180 days to 210 days has increased to 5.75 percent. The interest rate on FDs of 211 days to less than one year has been reduced to 6 percent. Earlier it was 5.75 percent.

Apart from this, the interest rate on FDs of three years to less than five years has been increased from 6.50 percent to 6.75 percent. The interest rate on SBI’s maximum FD of 400 days has been increased to 7.10 percent.

FD interest rates in HDFC Bank

Investors in HDFC Bank are getting interest rates ranging from 3 percent to 7.20 percent. The bank is giving interest ranging from 3.50 percent to 7.75 percent to general and senior citizens. General investors in the bank are getting the highest interest on 55 month FD, which is 7.20 percent.

FD interest rates in Punjab National Bank

PNB is offering interest rates ranging from 3.5 percent to 7.25 percent to general investors on FDs ranging from 7 days to 10 years. Whereas for senior citizens it ranges from 4 percent to 7.75 percent. The bank is offering the highest interest on FD of 444 days.
