The accused will have to work with the traffic police for 15 days.

The car was at a speed of 200 kilometers
Anish Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta from Madhya Pradesh, who work in Pune, were going home after meeting a friend on Saturday night. Then he died after being hit by a Porsche car. Both of them were engineers by profession. According to eyewitnesses, the accused was driving at a speed of more than 200 km per hour and had no number plate. An eyewitness said, Ashwini jumped about 20 feet in the air and fell hard on the ground. After the bike was hit, Anish jumped and fell on a parked car. Both died on the spot.
The minor tried to run away after the collision
The driver was running away after the car hit the bike, but the airbags deployed. He could not see the road and parked the car. The local people caught him. Apart from the driver, there were two people in the car. One of them escaped. The mob beat up the other two.
The accused was under the influence of alcohol
The minor was returning from a pub with his friends, where they were having a party to celebrate passing the Class 12 examination. All of them were drunk. Pune City Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar had said in a statement, “In connection with this accident, action is being taken against the father of the accused and the bar that served liquor to the juvenile/accused under sections 75 and 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act.” Now the police has arrested the father of the accused.

According to Section-75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, a person having actual control or charge over a child can be punished if he intentionally assaults, abandons or neglects the child and ill-treats him, Which causes mental or physical illness. Section 77 deals with giving alcohol or intoxicants to a child.
