Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana: A large part of the population in the country consists of people who are poor, work as laborers or are associated with the unorganized sector. These people face many economic challenges in their daily lives and often have no stable source of income.

Unlike those in the organized sector who have options like Provident Fund (PF) to secure their future, those in the unorganized sector have no guarantee of a job. Therefore they have to struggle to invest in schemes like PF. For this reason, the Government of India has started the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana, whose objective is to secure the future of the workers in the unorganized sector.
