PM Kisan Scheme 16th Installment Date: PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is one of the ambitious schemes of the Central Government. Under this scheme, Modi government transfers three installments of Rs 2,000 each i.e. a total of Rs 6,000 to the accounts of crores of farmers every year. Till now, a total of 15 installments have been transferred to the accounts of farmers under this scheme. The 15th installment of the scheme was released by PM Modi on November 16 during his visit to Jharkhand. Under this scheme, a total amount of more than Rs 18,000 crore was transferred to the accounts of more than 8 crore farmers. This money was sent to the accounts of the beneficiaries through direct benefit transfer.
Who will benefit from PM Kisan Scheme?
PM Kisan Scheme has been started especially for poor farmers. Under this scheme, farmers can use the amount received under the Parivar Yojana to meet their essential expenses along with agriculture. The benefit of this scheme is available to the entire farmer family instead of the individual. In such a situation, only one person from a family can avail the benefit of the scheme on one land. Whereas a person doing a government job, EPFO member, a person receiving pension of more than Rs 10,000, MP, MLA etc. cannot avail the benefit of this scheme.
When will the 16th installment money come?
After receiving the money for the 15th installment under PM Kisan Yojana, people are waiting for the 16th installment of the scheme. According to media reports, the next installment of this scheme will be released between February and March. However, it has not been officially announced yet.
These farmers will not get the benefit of the scheme
Under Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the government has made e-KYC mandatory. If you do not verify the land by doing e-KYC, you will not get the benefit of the next installment. To do e-KYC, visit the official website of PM Kisan Scheme. Next, select the option of e-KYC on the right side. Further enter Aadhaar number, captcha code. Then enter the registered mobile number linked to Aadhaar. Click on Get OTP. Enter the OTP you will receive next. Your e-KYC will be completed.
