Can serve the villagers. You can take knowledge and share it. Under the scheme, the government has set a target of distributing mobiles to 40 lakh women in the first phase. Under this scheme, in the first phase, their category has been decided. The Department of Information and Technology (DoIT) has started sending messages to these women on mobile numbers linked to their mass base. Women who have received messages on their mobiles can go to their nearest camp and collect the mobiles. These camps will be organized at government schools, colleges, community centers and Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendras in every district.
Which company’s free smartphone will be available?
Right now the state government will make available smartphones of two companies Real-Me and Red-Me Company. After some time phones of other companies Nokia, Samsung will also be made available. Redmi’s model A-2, which costs Rs 5,999. The model of Realme is C30. Its cost is Rs 6,125. Jaipur Collector Prakash Rajpurohit told that on August 10, the process of registration of the people who will be given phones has been started. Registration has been done by setting up camps at 28 places in Jaipur district. People whose registration is to be done have been informed through SMS on their mobile phones. He told that it is necessary for the beneficiary to bring his Janadhar card, Aadhaar card, PAN card and mobile phone registered in the Janadhar card to the camp. At the same time, the girl students studying have to bring ID card or enrollment card with them and PPO to widow women.

If a beneficiary buys a phone worth Rs 5999, the remaining Rs 126 will remain in his e-wallet. Which he can use anywhere according to his own. Similarly, if a beneficiary buys a mobile handset costlier than Rs.6125, then he will have to pay the difference amount from his pocket.
Priority given to these women in the first phase
Girls studying in government schools from 9th to 12th. Girls studying in government higher education institutions, colleges, who are pursuing graduation or ITI. Widow and single women who are receiving social pension from the government. Female head of the family who completed 100 days of employment last year under MNREGA scheme. The female head of the household who has completed 50 days of employment under the Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme.
