Debit Card: ATMs or debit cards usually allow frequent cash withdrawals, but there is a limit. Transactions at ATMs of the same bank are generally free, but there is a certain limit for free transactions at ATMs of other banks.

Debit Card: When you open a bank account, you also get the option of getting a debit card. This debit card provides you the facility of withdrawing cash, shopping or making payments. ATM or debit card fees and charges may vary between cards and banks. Some charges you have to pay for using your debit card, while some charges depend on the condition of your debit card. Annual Maintenance Fee: This is an annual fee for using the debit card, which usually ranges from Rs 100 to Rs 500. However, these fees may vary as per the policies of the bank.

Card replacement fee: While replacing your ATM or debit card, some banks waive the fee for physical damage but some banks charge Rs 200 if the card is lost. Some banks charge between Rs 100 and Rs 300.
Duplicate PIN or PIN regenerate fee: If you forget your debit card or ATM card PIN, a duplicate PIN is sent to your address for a nominal fee of Rs 50 to 100.

Cash withdrawal charges: ATMs or debit cards usually allow frequent cash withdrawals, but there is a limit. Transactions at ATMs of the same bank are generally free, but there is a certain limit for free transactions at ATMs of other banks. For this, a charge of Rs 10 to Rs 30 may have to be paid per transaction.
International Transaction Charge: Fees are charged for cross-currency markups, debit card balance checks, and cash withdrawals made from your debit card abroad. These fees may be percentage-based or a flat transaction fee.

POS Fees: There are no additional fees charged for purchases made with your debit card. Depending on Bank Bazaar, however, you may have to pay a nominal cess of 1% for fuel transactions.
