In the segment of 4G network, Jio R Airtel is in power, but with the arrival of BSNL’s 4G service, other companies can get a tough competition. BSNL has sought help from indigenous company Tata to start 4G service.

BSNL will start its 4G service in the next two weeks in 200 places in the initial phase. So much so that by the end of this year the company can convert the 4G network into 5G as well. To make its 4G service accessible to more and more people, the company has also placed an order of Rs 19,000 crore to Tata and ITI.

Tata got order for purchase of 15 thousand crores

BSNL has given advance purchase order of Rs 15000 crore to Tata company. Tata will set up about 1 lakh towers across the country to make BSNL’s service reach its users at a faster rate. BSNL’s 4G service will be completely indigenous. The electronic components used in this will be Made in India.

It is believed that BSNL’s 4G service will start in the coming few weeks and it can be much cheaper than other telecom companies Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea. After the start of 4G service, BSNL users will be able to use internet data at high speed.
